To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

  • The item must not fall under the non-returnable categories listed below.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Opened or used personal-use products (e.g., earphones, earbuds).

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).

  • Customized or personalized products made upon customer request.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos clearly showing the defect or damage.

  • Once verified, you may choose between:

    • A replacement item, or

    • A full refund

If the defect is confirmed, return shipping costs will be covered by the store.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Once approved, refunds may take 7–14 business days to process.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
